4th-gen Kia Carnival teased; To go on sale in Q3 2020

Kia Motors Corporation has released a teaser image of the upcoming Carnival. The 4th-gen minivan is expected to go on sale in Korea in the third quarter of 2020, followed by a launch in other global markets.

The image reveals a much sharper appearance of the Carnival. The front gets a tiger nose grille and sleeker headlamps. A prominent character line runs along the sides, all the way from the headlight to the tail lights. A chrome element is said to accompany the glass area and it extends into the rear.

The Kia Carnival is also sold as the Sedona in some markets. In India, the 3rd-gen car was launched earlier this year and is on sale with prices starting from Rs. 24.95 lakh. It is powered by a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine rated at 197 BHP & 440 Nm. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Full details of the 4th-gen Carnival are expected to be released shortly.
