2023 Yamaha FZ-X to get dual-channel ABS

The update is also likely to include a new windscreen and a dirt bike-style raised front fender.

The Yamaha FZ-X was launched in June last year. The neo-retro bike is now due to receive its first update.

According to recent spy images, the 2023 FZ-X will be offered with dual-channel ABS, adding a layer of safety for the rider. The bike will also get a dirt bike-style front fender and a windscreen.

Coming to the cosmetic bits, the 2023 Yamaha FZ-X could be offered in new colour options. The bike featured in these images appears to be painted in a new shade of gloss orange and has gold alloy wheels.

Yamaha is unlikely to make any changes to the FZ-X’s engine. The bike is powered by a 149cc, single-cylinder engine, which generates 12.2 BHP @ 7,250 rpm and 13.3 Nm @ 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
