2021 Honda CBR150R launched in Malaysia

The Honda CBR150R competes with the Yamaha YZF R15.

Honda has launched the updated CBR150R in Malaysia. The bike gets quite a few updates for the 2021 model year.

The 2021 Honda CBR150R looks similar to the CBR250R. It sports an aggressive fairing with dual-LED headlamps upfront, a split seat with a narrow tail section and an upswept exhaust. It has clip-on handlebars and a digital instrument cluster.

The 2021 CBR150R is powered by a 149cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 16.09 BHP @ 9,000 rpm and 13.7 Nm @ 7,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a slip and assist clutch.

The bike comes equipped with upside-down forks at the front and has an adjustable mono-shock at the rear. The brake setup consists of disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS.
