2016 Range Rover Evoque facelift teased

Range Rover introduced a styling overhaul in the brand's line up after the arrival of the Evoque. The urban SUV is all set to be unveiled in its facelifted avatar and Range Rover has just revealed a teaser image. As stated in the official release, the new Evoque will be the first model from the Land Rover stable to feature full LED adaptive headlamps. It is also expected to be launched as a cabriolet.

In its official statement, the British automaker adds that the 2016 Evoque will include a new engine line up, new safety and convenience features and certain updates on the interiors as well. The new engines will be from the Ingenium family of 4-cylinder turbo petrol/diesel motors.

In India, the Evoque is currently offered with a 2.2-liter, 4-cylinder diesel engine that makes 188 BHP and 420 Nm of torque. The motor is mated with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Further details on the updated SUV will be revealed on 23rd February 2015, while the world premier at the Geneva motor show will take place on 3rd March.
