Ford India has launched the 2014 Ford Endeavour SUV at prices starting from Rs. 19.84 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
For 2014, the Endeavour gets a restyled radiator grille, headlamps and a new front bumper with a skid plate and new fog lamp bezels. Additionally, there is a blind spot mirror on the passenger side which improves visibility for the driver and safety. Restyled 16-inch alloy wheels complete the list of changes to the exterior of the car.
The interior of the Endeavour has been refreshed as well. There are new leather seats, touch-enabled STANAV entertainment system with Bluetooth compatibility and reverse parking camera.
Powering the 2014 Endeavour is the familiar 3.0-litre, 16 valve, Duratorq, TDCi engine that produces 156 PS and 380 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed, automatic transmission. Customers can choose between a 4x2 and a 4x4 version, which features an electric shift-on-fly system. Cruise control has also been provided.
The Endeavour is also available with a 2.5-litre, Duratorq TDCi engine and 5-speed manual transmission in a 4x2 configuration.
