VW India now available on WhatsApp for Business

The service is part of Volkswagen's Sarvottam 2.0 initiative.

Volkswagen India is now on WhatsApp for Business. Customers will be able to reach out to the company on - +91 84339 50909.

Using this service, customers will be able to get information on the brand's current and upcoming products, book a test drive or service appointment, inquire about after-sales service, find the nearest dealership or service workshop or reach out to roadside assistance or customer care.

The Volkswagen WhatsApp chatbot is equipped with Natural Language Processing (NLP), an AI based tool, where users can type in their queries and the bot will answer them.

The WhatsApp for Business service has been launched under Volkswagen's Sarvottam 2.0 initiative.
