The Volkswagen Vento has been recently spotted testing with new LED headlights. The Vento had received a facelift last year. Ever since, rumours about Volkswagen planning to introduce a new range-topping Highline Plus variant in the Vento line-up have been doing rounds on the internet. The new variant is expected to be introduced during this year's festive season.
The spy shots show that the Vento might get LED headlamps that also feature LED daytime running lights. This would make the Vento the first car in its segment to come with LED headlamps. Other than the new headlights, the car spotted looks identical to the 2015 Vento facelift.
The new Vento Highline Plus is expected to be offered with the existing petrol and a diesel engine options - a 1.6-litre MPI petrol and a 1.2-litre TSI petrol, and VW's updated 1.5-litre TDI diesel mill.
