VinFast VF8 electric SUV spotted in India

The VF8 comes in a dual-motor configuration and is said have a maximum range of 471 km.

The VinFast VF8 electric SUV has been spotted on a flatbed in India.

VinFast is a Vietnam-based EV maker. The VF8 was unveiled back in January 2021 and is one of two models the company currently offers.

The VinFast VF8 was designed by Pininfarina. It features dual-LED headlamps with a combined LED daytime running light and turn indicators on top. The rear features wraparound LED tail lights with a large ‘V’ emblem in the centre.

Inside, the VF8 comes equipped with a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Instead of a digital instrument cluster, the car gets a colour heads-up display.

The VF8 comes in a dual-motor configuration with a combined output of 397 BHP and 620 Nm. According to company estimates, the battery should offer a maximum range of 471 km (WLTP cycle).
