Updated BMW G 310 R & G 310 GS spied testing

Spy images of the updated BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS have surfaced online. The bikes were spotted somewhere in Europe.

The spy images suggest that both bikes are likely to receive quite a few updates including a new LED headlight and redesigned bodywork. The test bikes have upside-down fork suspension and a monoshock at the rear. The 5-spoke alloy wheels look similar to those offered on the current models.

In India, the bikes are expected to receive updated BS6-compliant engines. At present, both bikes are powered by a 313cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It produces 33.53 BHP @ 9,500 rpm and 28 Nm @ 7,500 rpm and is mated to a 6-speed transmission.
