Bangalore-based Ultraviolette Automotive has announced its entry into the UK market. The EV maker has partnered with MotoMondo to handle the import and distribution of its electric bikes in the UK. It will also be the official distributor for the brand in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
The F77 Mach 2 Recon will be Ultraviolette’s first model for the European market. In the UK, it is available at an introductory price of GBP 8,499. The introductory pricing ends on June 30, 2025, post which the bike will cost GBP 9,399.
Ultraviolette began exporting the F77 Mach 2 electric bike to Europe in September last year. The Recon variant uses a 10.3 kWh battery, which powers a 30 kW electric motor.
Ultraviolette claims the F77 Mach 2 Recon can sprint from 0-60 km/h in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 155 km/h. The bike can cover 323 km on a single charge.
