TVS Srichakra launches Eurogrip 2-Wheeler Tyres in Europe

TVS has stated that the new products introduced in Europe will also be launched in the replacement market in India, as well as all the countries where TVS Srichakra has established a distribution network.

TVS Srichakra has announced its foray into the European market with its new range of Eurogrip two-wheeler tyres. The first product to be launched is the Eurogrip Bee Connect - a scooter tyre which will be available in 40 different sizes in the coming months. This is the first line of tyres launched after the setting up of TVS Srichakra’s Product Design and Development Centre in Milan, Italy.

TVS claims that the Eurogrip Bee Connect range prototypes were subjected to a rigorous testing procedure, both indoors and outdoors and on European race tracks and roads.

The company stated that the 'Bee Connect' name came from bees, which are known to be very hard working and always on the move. Scooter riders too continuously move, connecting with people, places and activities.

The Bee Connect is the first amongst many product launches planned for the European and international markets. There are more in the pipeline for the current fiscal year. A knobby tyre for off-road purposes and a street tyre for medium and big displacement motorcycles, both in radial and cross-ply construction are lined up for launch in the next few months.
