Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 spotted in India ahead of launch

Reports suggest that the Land Cruiser LC300 could be launched in the month of August.

One of the first Toyota Land Cruiser LC300s has been spotted in India. Reports suggest that the SUV could be launched in the month of August.

The Land Cruiser seen in these images appears to be a brand-new car. It is unclear if this particular SUV is one of the first units imported for sale in India. It could even be a private import or could be here on Carnet.

The Land Cruiser 300 series was unveiled in June last year. The SUV is based on Toyota's TNGA-F platform.

Toyota offers the SUV with two engine options: 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 petrol engine producing 409 BHP and 650 Nm and a 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 diesel engine churning out 304.5 BHP and 700 Nm. Both engines come paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
