Toyota Fortuner BS6 priced from Rs. 28.18 lakh

The BS6-compliant Toyota Fortuner is priced from Rs. 28.18 lakh (ex-showroom, Pimpri-Chinchwad).

Earlier, a leaked document had revealed that the Toyota Fortuner could be offered with BS6-compliant petrol and diesel engines. The SUV retains the 2.8-litre diesel unit. It is paired with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission and is available in both 4-wheel drive and 2-wheel drive configurations. The car also comes with a BS6-compliant, 2.7-litre petrol engine. This engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.

The document had also revealed the Dark Brown and Chamois interior colours that will be on offer.
