Tata Intra compact truck launched at Rs. 5.35 lakh

Tata Motors has launched the new Intra compact truck in India. It is available in two variants - V10 and V20 and is priced from Rs. 5.35 lakh.

The Tata Intra comes with a load body that measures 2,512 mm in length and 1,602 mm in width. The Intra features a rectangular grille with a chrome garnish and wraparound headlamps. It has a dual-tone front bumper with black inserts. The truck comes equipped with features like air-conditioning, music system, LED tail lights, power steering, mobile charging point, electronic instrument cluster and lockable glove box.

The Tata Intra is available with two engine options. The Intra V10 is powered by an 800cc diesel engine that puts out 40 BHP, while the Intra V20 uses a 1.4-litre diesel engine that has a peak output of 70 BHP. Both engines are paired with a 5-speed gearbox. It features rigid axles at the front and rear and leaf spring suspension.

The Tata Intra comes with a 2 years / 72,000 km warranty.
