Tata Harrier & Safari Red Dark Editions India launch in March 2023

The Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions will come equipped with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit, a 360-degree camera and ADAS.

Tata Motors showcased the Harrier and Safari 'Red Dark Editions' at the Auto Expo 2023. Now, the carmaker has confirmed that the SUVs will go on sale in March of this year.

The 2023 Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions get an all-black exterior finish with red highlights, while the interior is wrapped in red upholstery. Besides the striking colour scheme, the SUVs also get extra equipment in the form of a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch instrument cluster and a 360-degree camera.

Moreover, the Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions will also be equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This safety package includes features like autonomous emergency braking, forward collision warning, rear collision warning, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot detection, traffic sign recognition, door open alert, lane departure warning, lane change alert, and high beam assist.

That being said, both SUVs will carry forward the same 2.0-litre diesel engine as before. This unit develops 168 BHP and 350 Nm and is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
