The Skoda Kushaq made its global debut earlier this year. Now, what appears to be a mid-variant of the crossover has been spotted.
Lower variants of the Kushaq will get a smaller 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity. Higher variants will get a 10.1-inch unit with advanced features.
The Kushaq is based on the MQB A0 IN platform and is the first model under the India 2.0 project. The crossover shares its underpinnings with the VW Taigun, which is also set to make its debut in the Indian market.
The Kushaq will be offered with two engine options - These include a 113 BHP, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic and a 148 BHP, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
