Here is the brochure of the Toyota Innova Crysta, which is scheduled to be launched in the coming days. The document gives us a glimpse into the specifications of the car and the features that will be offered.

According to the brochure, the Innova Crysta will be offered in GX, VX and ZX variants. While the GX and VX will be available as 7 or 8-seaters, the ZX will come only as a 7-seater. The vehicle will measure 4,735 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width and 1,795 mm in height. It will have a wheelbase of 2,750 mm, a turning circle of 5.4 m and a fuel tank capacity of 55 litres. The kerb weight of the MPV will range between 1,805 kg and 1,870 kg depending upon the variant.

The Innova Crysta will be available with a choice of two diesel engines -

• 2,393cc, 4-cylinder, 148 BHP @ 3,400 rpm, 343 Nm @ 1,400-2,800 rpm, 5-speed manual transmission (available in GX,VX and ZX variants)
• 2,755cc, 4-cylinder, 172 BHP @ 3,400 rpm, 360 Nm @ 1,200-3,400 rpm, 6-speed automatic transmission (available in GX and ZX variants)

Coming to the features on offer, the GX will get a grey and silver radiator grille, multi-reflector headlamps with manual levelling, 16-inch alloy wheels, body-coloured, electrically adjustable ORVMs with integrated turn indicators, shark-fin antenna, body-coloured door handles, intermittent wipers, rear spoiler with stop lamp and rear windshield wiper and defogger.

On the inside it will come with black lining for the dashboard, a urethane steering wheel with silver inserts and a Dot type multi-information display (MID). It also gets a cooled upper glovebox, a lockable and damped lower glovebox, PVC sun visors, boot lamp, manual front and rear air-conditioning, second row seats (60:40 split or captain) with slide and one touch tumble functions, 50:50 split third row seats, black fabric upholstery, 4 speakers, remote locking with jack-knife key, tilt and telescopic steering, auto up & down and anti-pinch functions for the driver's window, chrome door handles, dead pedal, two 12V power outlets and fuel level, key and light reminder warnings.

Safety features on the GX will include 3 airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, door ajar warning system, 3 point seatbelts for all passengers and ISOFIX child seat anchors.

The VX will get a chrome grille, automatic LED projector headlamps, halogen with LED clearance lamps, automatic levelling for the headlamps, front fog lamps, chrome door belt trim and door handles and intermitted wipers with time adjust function.

On the inside, it will get ambient lighting, a dashboard with silver line decoration and red wood finish, leather-wrapped steering with silver inserts and red wood finish, 4.2-inch TFT MID, personal lights for the rear passengers, sunglass holder, leather wrapped gear knob with a chrome insert, lockable upper glovebox and illuminated lower glove box and a soft lid for the console box. The car also gets automatic climate control, a height adjustable driver's seat, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with DVD, Bluetooth, USB and Aux-in, 6 speakers, keyless entry & go, seatback table, auto up and down and anti-pinch functions for all windows, microphone with amplifier and reverse parking sensors and display. The VX also gets a door ajar warning system displaying the exact door that is open.

The ZX manual variant will come with 17-inch alloy wheels and electrically retractable chrome ORVMs with puddle lamps. On the inside, it gets silver and red wood door trim, soft lid for the console box with red wood trim, 8-way power adjustable driver's seat, black leather upholstery and navigation. Other features include speed sensing locks, cruise control, seven airbags and hill start assist.

The ZX automatic variant will get a hazel wood brown finished dashboard with silver inserts, leather-wrapped steering with hazel brown wood and silver inserts, silver and hazel wood brown door trim, soft lid for the console box with hazel wood trim and hazel brown leather upholstery.

The Innova Crysta will come in six colours - Garnet Red, Avant-Garde Bronze, White Pearl Crystal Shine, Grey, Silver and Super White.
