Toyota is gearing up to launch the Land Cruiser LC300 in India soon. We can now share details of the India-spec LC300, courtesy of the leaked brochure.
The Land Cruiser LC300 is based on Toyota's TNGA-F platform. The overall weight of the vehicle is said to have been reduced by 200 kg. The SUV retains its boxy proportions and features an imposing grille at the front. It features squared-off wheel arches that house 20-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the Land Cruiser comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster and a host of other convenience and safety features. In India, the SUV will be offered in three interior colour schemes - Beige, Black and a dual-tone theme of Black and Dark Red.
As per the brochure, the Indian version will be powered by a 3.3-litre V6 diesel engine. This twin-turbocharged unit belts out 305 BHP and 700 Nm and will be paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
The Land Cruiser LC300 will come in five exterior colours - Precious White Pearl, Super White, Dark Red Mica Metallic, Attitude Black and Dark Blue Mica.
