New images of the Jeep Compass Trailhawk have surfaced online. The latest set of images reveal its exterior as well as interior details.

Starting with the exterior, the Compass Trailhawk gets black trim on the grille and around the fog lamp pods instead of chrome. The dual-tone bumper has a rectangular air dam with black inserts. The SUV has black ORVMs and window frames and a black decal on the bonnet. It does not have red tow hooks in the front as seen on some international-spec Trailhawks. However, it does have a single red tow hook at the rear. The Trailhawk is also expected to get dual-tone alloy wheels.

The SUV comes with black interiors with red trim. It has a large touchscreen infotainment system in the centre and automatic climate control. The buttons for low range, differential lock and hill descent control are placed in front of the gear lever. The rotating dial toggles between the five offroad modes - Auto, Snow, Sand, Mud and Rock. A 12 volt DC power outlet, USB and Aux ports are located next to the offroad mode selector. The electronic parking brake has been carried over from the standard Compass and is flanked by switches for the traction control and the auto start / stop function. The MID gets minor graphical changes.

The Compass Trailhawk is expected to be powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine producing 171 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. It is likely to be paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox and Selec-Terrain 4WD system.
