Scoop: BMW M340i xDrive feature list

Dealerships are expected to start getting the M340i xDrive in the coming week and the car could be launched soon.

In September 2020, we had revealed that BMW is considering launching the M340i xDrive in India in 2021. Now the list of features available with the sedan has been revealed.

It will come with SensaTec upholstery, M Leather Steering wheel, M Rear Spoiler, glass roof, Sport Seats, M Seat Belts, ambient lighting, Head-Up Display, Apple CarPlay, Gesture control, Wireless Charging, LaserLight, Parking Assistant System, Tyre Pressure Display, and High Gloss Shadow Line. It also gets M Sports suspension, M Aerodynamic Package, M rear spoiler, M Sport brakes, and M Sport differential.

The M340i xDrive is powered by a twin-turbo 3.0-litre inline 6-cylinder engine producing 377 BHP @ 5,500-6,500 rpm and 500 Nm @ 1,850-5,000 rpm. The engine is paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission and power is sent to all four wheels. The 0-100 km/h time is claimed to be 4.4 seconds.

Dealerships are expected to start getting the cars in the coming week.
