The 7-seater Hyundai Creta has been spotted testing in India for the first time.
The 7-seat version of the Creta appears to be longer than the 5-seater that is on sale in India. The SUV looks similar up to the C-pillars, beyond which it has been extended to accommodate the third row of seats. The SUV gets a unique rear fascia and features a completely different tail lamp design.
Other spy images have partially revealed the car's front end, which feature headlamps that look similar to the 5-seater Creta. However, it has a unique grille design. The SUV also gets front parking sensors, roof rails and twin exhausts.
At present, the 5-seater Creta is offered with 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options along with a 1.4-litre turbo petrol engine. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual, 6-speed torque converter automatic, CVT and a 7-speed DCT which is only offered with the turbo-petrol engine.
