Renault Triber bookings open on August 17, 2019

Bookings for the Renault Triber will commence from August 17, 2019. The booking amount is Rs. 11,000 and customers can book the car online or at authorised dealerships. The car is scheduled to be launched on August 28.

The Renault Triber was unveiled in June 2019. The car is based on the CMF-A platform that is shared with the Kwid. It comes with three rows of seats and can carry upto 7 people.

The Triber features a 3-slat grille with chrome inserts. It has projector headlamps and a dual-tone bumper with a silver scuff plate. At the rear, the Triber comes with wraparound tail lights and has a dual-tone bumper with a silver insert.

On the inside, the Triber gets a dual-tone dashboard with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. It has a 3-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster. The Triber offers air-conditioning vents for the second and third row as well. The third row of seats can be removed individually to increase luggage space.

The Triber is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 71 BHP @ 6,250 rpm and 96 Nm of torque @ 3,500 rpm. The engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission.
