The Megane e-Tech has been imported by Renault India for testing purposes.

Renault’s electric crossover, the Megane e-Tech, has been spotted in India for the first time. Reports suggest the car has been imported into the country for testing purposes.

The styling of the Megane e-Tech is based on the Megane eVision concept that was showcased in 2020. The car has Renault’s signature front fascia with sleek, sweptback LED headlamps with striking LED DRLs, while its rear features slim LED tail lights connected by an LED light bar. It also gets retractable door handles and aero-optimized wheels.

Inside, the Megane e-Tech features a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch portrait-style infotainment system.

The Renault Megane e-Tech is based on the CMF-EV platform. Globally, the electric crossover is offered with two battery options – 40 kWh and 60 kWh, with a maximum range of up to 470 km on a single charge. The electric motor powering the car comes in two specifications – 128 BHP / 250 Nm and 215 BHP / 300 Nm.
