Images of the first next-generation Hyundai Creta rolling off the production line at Sriperumbudur have surfaced online.
The SUV gets a cascade grille and a new headlamp setup with U-shaped LED daytime running lights. At the rear, it gets trapezoidal tail lights and a light bar that runs across the rear end. The car rides on 17-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
On the inside, the new Creta comes with a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment head-unit, digital instrument cluster, and a 4-spoke multi-function steering wheel. It also gets features like a panoramic sunroof, reclining rear seats, automatic climate control, air purifier, and an 8-speaker Bose audio system.
The Creta will be offered with a choice of three BS6-compliant engines - 1.5-litre diesel, 1.4-litre turbo petrol and a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed torque convertor, a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox and a CVT.
