My Volkswagen Connect app now offered on Polo & Vento

My Volkswagen Connect is offered as standard on the Polo GT TSI and Vento Highline Plus.

Volkswagen has launched its connected-car app called My Volkswagen Connect in India. It is offered as standard on the Polo GT TSI and Vento Highline Plus with a 3-year free subscription and 3-years warranty.

The My Volkswagen Connect app is a SIM-based app that comes with several convenience and safety features. Customers can access the features by plugging the dongle into the on-board diagnostics (OBD) port of the car. The app is compatible with all Android and iOS devices.

The app analyses the driving style by monitoring speed, braking behaviour, coolant temperature, acceleration and engine RPM. The app comes with safety features such as real time location, Towing alert, geo-fencing, route deviation alert and SOS call.
