MG Hector Plus to be launched on July 13, 2020

The launch of the MG Hector Plus has been scheduled for July 13, 2020. Pre-bookings have already opened and customers can place their orders by paying a booking amount of Rs. 50,000.

The Hector Plus is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that makes 168 BHP and 350 Nm, which is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The SUV also comes with a 1.5-litre, turbo-petrol engine producing 141 BHP and 250 Nm mated to 6-speed DCT as well as a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid powertrain that is available with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The Hector Plus comes with 3-rows of seats with separate captain seats in the second row. The SUV also gets minor changes on the exterior including a reworked grille and headlamps and an updated rear fascia with faux chrome exhaust tips.
