Maruti Suzuki cars to get more expensive from April

In January, Maruti Suzuki raised the prices of its cars by 4%.

Maruti Suzuki plans to increase the prices of its vehicles by up to 4% from April 1, 2025. The carmaker has already announced price hikes twice this year, first in January and then in February.

According to Maruti Suzuki, the prices are being increased due to rising input and operational costs. In a regulatory filing, the carmaker said, “While the company continuously strives to optimise costs and minimise the impact on its customers, some portion of the increased cost may need to be passed on to the market.”

In January, Maruti Suzuki raised the prices of its cars by 4%. A month later, the company announced a hike of up to Rs 32,500 across its model range.
