Following the launch of the Ciaz facelift, Maruti Suzuki has updated the S-Cross with new features.
Safety features like the Speed Alert System, passenger seat belt reminder and rear parking sensors are now standard across all variants. The Delta variant now gets automatic climate control, cruise control, smart keyless entry with engine start/stop button, machined alloy wheels, rear wiper and washer and auto folding ORVMs with integrated turn signals.
The S-Cross facelift was launched in October 2017. It is available in 4 variants - Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha. Powering the S-Cross is a 1.3-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine with mild hybrid technology. It puts out 89 BHP @ 4,000 rpm and 200 Nm of torque @ 1,750 rpm and comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Rumours suggest that Maruti could offer the new 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine that debuted with the Ciaz facelift on the S-Cross sometime in the future.
