Maruti responds to Tata's jibe at the WagonR

Tata took a dig at the WagonR earlier this week and Maruti has responded on social media.

Off late, Tata has been targeting Maruti and Hyundai for their poor safety ratings through creative social media posts. Earlier this week, they took a dig at the WagonR.

Maruti has now responded to the advertisement with the sales numbers of the WagonR, claiming that it is trusted by more than 24 lakh families. Maruti tweeted the image with the caption "That's what makes us who we are: a truly Dil Se Strong connection with the entire WagonR family!"

The Maruti WagonR received a 2-star rating from the Global NCAP in 2019. The Tiago meanwhile has secured a 4-star rating.
