Mahindra XUV500's digital instrument cluster and interior

The images show a twin-dial display and a dual-tone interior.

New spy images of the 2nd-gen Mahindra XUV500 have revealed more of the car's digital instrument cluster and its interior.

The SUV will get a twin-dial digital instrument cluster with the speedometer on the left and the gear display on the right (this car seems to be an automatic variant). There's a MID between the two readouts.

The XUV500 gets a dual-tone interior with rectangular centre air vents with a silver border and rotary dials below it and beige seats. The centre console and the steering wheel also have silver inserts. It also appears to get a dashboard-mounted speaker. This particular vehicle has a manual parking brake. Higher variants are likely to get an electronic handbrake as well as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) like adaptive cruise control, frontal collision warning, autonomous emergency braking and lane departure warning.

The SUV is expected to be launched in April 2021.
