More details about the upcoming Mahindra XUV500 facelift have emerged. According to the latest unconfirmed reports, the XUV500 facelift will be available in 5 variants - W5, W7, W9, W11 and W11 (Opt). An upgraded 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine that makes 153 BHP and 360 Nm of torque will be offered. Automatic transmission will be offered on all trims as an option except for the base model, while the automatic all-wheel drive combo will be available only on the W11 (Opt) variant.
The base W5 trim is expected to get dual-tone black and grey interiors with fabric upholstery and features like follow-me-home headlights, electric ORVMs, 6-way adjustable driver's seat, dual HVAC, reading lamps and mobile charging points in 1st row, power windows, remote tailgate, rear washer, wiper and defogger and foldable second and third row of seats.
The W7 variant gets a chrome grille and tan and black coloured interiors with a piano black centre console. In addition to the features mentioned above, the W7 variant is expected to get automatic climate control, cruise control, multi-functional steering wheel, rear parking sensors, smart key with remote, conversation mirror and entry-assist lamp.
The W9 variant gets all the above features and 17-inch alloy wheels, 8-way adjustable driver's seat, telescopic steering, driver side auto roll down window, reverse parking camera with dynamic assist, door ajar warning (driver only), reading lamps and mobile charging points in the 1st and 2nd row.
The top-spec W11 variant gets optional 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and additional features like illuminated scuff plates, leather dashboard and door trims, 8-way power adjustable driver seat and auto roll down driver side window, puddle lamps, door ajar warning, camping lamp and bonnet with hydraulic assist.
Further, the XUV500 facelift is likely to be offered in 7 colour options - White, Silver, Brown, Purple, Black, Red and a Copper shade.
