Mahindra introduces leasing offers for buyers

Mahindra is now offering leasing options for buyers. The carmaker is offering monthly lease rental options on the KUV100 NXT and the XUV500, which start at Rs. 13,499 and Rs. 32,999 respectively. 

According to Mahindra, the leasing scheme offers lower or no down payment, zero risk on resale value of the vehicle and a fixed EMI which includes maintenance costs. Depending on the city and model, the leased vehicle will be available for a period of up to 5 years. Customers are also offered the flexibility to upgrade their models and they can return the vehicle to the company once the lease period is over.

The lease offer will include insurance, end-to-end maintenance, on-road assistance, accidental repairs, 24-hours replacement vehicles among other services. The carmaker has partnered with Orix and ALD Automotive for this scheme.

Initially, lease options will be available to customers in Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi. In the next phase, the company plans to expand to 19 other cities and include more models like the TUV300, Scorpio and Marazzo. The leasing scheme is aimed at working professionals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
