KTM has started building the 2021 RC 200 at their Chakan plant near Pune. The bike is expected to be launched early next year.
The latest spy image reveals a brand new RC 200 being assembled on the production line. The new model gets a redesigned fairing, new alloy wheels and a larger windscreen. The bike appears to have a larger fuel tank and has a hexagonal halogen headlamp. It also gets a new rear subframe and an under-belly exhaust.
The RC 200 is likely to be powered by a BS6-compliant 199.5cc, single-cylinder engine. In the current model, it produces 25 BHP and 19.2 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
