2025 KTM 390 Adventure details leaked; to get R & X variants

The R is an off-road-focused version, while the X is more road-biased.

Details of the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure have leaked online ahead of its official debut at EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy. The recent leak suggests that KTM is likely to offer at least two variants of the ADV.

As per the leaked document, the 2025 KTM 390 Adventure will be offered in R and X trims. The R is an off-road-focused version, while the X is more road-biased.

The 390 Adventure R will feature off-road capable and adjustable suspension offering 230 mm of travel. It will be fitted with spoked wheels with a 21-inch rim at the front and 18-inch at the back. The bike gets a digital instrument console, cornering ABS, and traction control. The seat is set at a height of 885 mm.

The road-biased 390 Adventure X rides on non-adjustable suspension with 200 mm of travel and alloy wheels with a 19-inch rim at the front and a 17-inch rim at the rear. The seat height is slightly lower at 825 mm and it gets standard ABS.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure is expected to be powered by the same 399cc single-cylinder engine that is offered on the 390 Duke. This unit puts out 45 BHP and 39 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox via a bi-directional quick-shifter.
