With the changing buying preferences of customers, automobile manufacturers are gradually striving to offer new and tech-inclusive car buying experiences. Following Maruti's NEXA dealership sales channel which provides its customers with a ‘premium’ buying experience, Hyundai has inaugurated Unity Hyundai, New Delhi - the company's first 'digital automotive experience outlet'.
As part of its long-term strategy of being perceived as a premium manufacturer, this showroom is the first step in providing its customers a more upmarket showroom ambience. The sales outlet includes digital screens, artwork and trained sales representatives.
This outlet will also perform the regular dealership activities like providing test-drives, exchange of old cars for new Hyundai cars and financial assistance to purchase new cars.
