Hyundai Venue bookings open

Hyundai has started accepting bookings for the Venue. Orders for the new compact SUV can be placed at dealerships and on the Hyundai website. The booking amount is set at Rs. 21,000.

The Hyundai Venue was unveiled in April 2019. It features a chrome cascade grille with split headlamps on either side, while the rear gets rectangular tail lights. Overall, the Venue looks like a smaller Creta. On the inside, the car gets a touchscreen infotainment system with Hyundai Blue Link. It has a 3-spoke, multi-function steering wheel and a twin-pod instrument cluster.

The Hyundai Venue will be available in four trim levels and with a choice of three engines. These engines are a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol, which makes 118 BHP and 172 Nm of torque and comes paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch or a manual transmission, a 1.2-litre petrol making 82 BHP and 115 Nm of torque paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 1.4-litre diesel unit that puts out 89 BHP and 220 Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

The Venue will be available in 7 exterior colours including 3 new colours – Denim Blue, Lava Orange and Deep Forest and 3 dual tone options.
