We recently posted spy images of the Hyundai Creta facelift sporting dual-tone alloy wheels. Now, new images have surfaced online which suggest that the updated model will be offered with a sunroof as well. The dual-tone alloy wheels and sunroof are likely to be offered on higher variants of the Creta.
Apart from this, the new Creta is expected to get a slightly revised front end with a new hexagonal grille and wraparound headlamps. The LED DRLs are positioned on the front bumper. At the rear, the compact SUV is likely to get restyled tail lamp clusters and bumper. The test car has blacked-out A and B-pillars along with black trim around the fenders and door sills, while the roof rails are finished in silver. On the inside, the new Creta is expected to feature the same dashboard layout, however, Hyundai might offer an upgraded touchscreen infotainment system.
No changes are expected under the hood. Like the current model, the facelift version is expected to be offered with a 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with 123 BHP and 151 Nm and two diesel engine options - a 1.4-litre with 89 BHP and a 1.6-litre with an output of 126 BHP. These could be paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
