Hyundai has shared a couple of digital sketches of the upcoming Creta facelift. The SUV will be launched in India on January 16, 2024.
The 2024 Creta looks substantially different from the outgoing model. It has an imposing front end featuring a rectangular grille with L-shaped LED daytime running lights.
The rear fascia has also been redesigned. Gone are the quirky tail lights, which have been replaced with conventional wraparound units with L-shaped LEDs and an LED light bar.
A teaser released earlier has confirmed that the Creta will also get a revamped interior with dual screens, a touch-based climate control module with rectangular air-conditioning vents and a 4-spoke steering wheel.
Reports suggest that the Creta facelift will be available in seven variants and will be offered with three engine options - 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options will include 6-speed manual, 6-speed iVT, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed AT and 7-speed DCT.
Hyundai dealerships have already started accepting bookings for the Creta facelift.
