Honda Jazz crossover (WR-V) spotted testing in Brazil

Honda has been working on a Jazz based crossover, which will likely be named the WR-V. A test mule of the Jazz crossover was recently spotted testing wearing thick camouflage in Brazil. Honda is expected to showcase the WR-V at this year's Sao Paulo Motor Show, which is scheduled from November 8 - 20, 2016.

The Honda WR-V crossover will likely share majority of the design elements with the Jazz hatchback. Some tweaks are expected on the front and rear end to add off-road styling character. In addition to that, ground clearance of the WR-V will be more than that of the Jazz.

After its debut at Sao Paulo, the Honda WR-V will likely go on sale in the South American markets. In Brazil, the WR-V will get a 1.5-litre flex-fuel engine. The Jazz-based crossover is also expected to be launched in India next year, where it will most probably borrow the Jazz's powertrain options: a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel.
