Hero Electric City Speed Nyx-HX with 210 km range launched at Rs. 64,640

Hero Electric has launched a new electric scooter called the City Speed Nyx-HX. It is targeted at B2B customers for last mile deliveries and other commercial uses. Prices start at Rs. 64,640 after the FAME 2 subsidy.

The City Speed can be configured with for over 10 different applications. The passenger seat can be folded up as a backrest for the rider and can be fitted with a variety of loads carrying solutions. Customers can also configure their vehicles with 4 different levels of connected tech - from Bluetooth to remote surveillance and diagnostic solutions.

The electric scooter is said to be equipped with a high-torque powertrain that uses minimum energy to provide a high output without stressing the battery. It comes with a modular battery than can be easily integrated with battery swapping systems.

City Speed Nyx-HX is claimed to offer a range of 210 km on a single charge. It gets combi brakes and regenerative braking.
