Group PSA launches Eurorepar aftermarket products in India

Groupe PSA (Peugeot) has announced the launch of its Eurorepar range of multi-brand aftermarket products in India. Eurorepar is Groupe PSA's multi-brand parts and accessories range for the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

PCA India, the local entity of Groupe PSA, has signed a sales and distribution agreement with GoMechanic - an Indian automobile aftermarket platform with a network of partner workshops, spare part retailers and an e-commerce platform. GoMechanic will support the sales of Eurorepar spare parts.

According to the agreement, PCA India will provide the Eurorepar parts to GoMechanic, who will then distribute them through its warehouses and parts distribution logistics platform to all the workshops and retailers within its network. Groupe PSA will provide support in terms of marketing, training, brand building, besides providing a product range. GoMechanic has a network of multi-brand car service centres, offering its services through its mobile app and website. It has more than 350 car repair workshops across 21 cities and services 2 million+ cars annually.

Initially Eurorepar will be introducing products like brake pads both for B2B (multi-brand workshops and spare parts retailers) and B2C customers, both offline and online through the GoMechanic parts distribution platforms. Later, the range will be expanded to include products like wiper blades, filters (air, oil & fuel), brake discs, coolant, grease and lubricants. The parts will be available in India, through GoMechanic workshops and retailers in 15 major cities from September 29, 2020.

Eurorepar is present across 100 countries around the world. Its range of products includes parts for vehicles regardless of the make and model. These products are, available for 3 or more year old vehicles.

PSA’s first vehicle scheduled for launch in India is the Citroen C5 Aircross SUV. The car will be introduced in the country in Q1 2021.
