Ford has unveiled its first electric SUV called the Mustang Mach-E.
The car comes with triple-pod headlights at the front with a closed grille and it has a coupe-like roofline. At the rear, it has tri-bar tail lights inspired by the Mustang. The car rides on dual-tone alloy wheels and it has a black roof.
On the inside, the 5-seater comes with a multi-function steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster and a 15.5-inch vertical touchscreen head unit. The SUV is equipped with the Sync 4 infotainment system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a panoramic fixed-glass roof, and ambient lighting. The Mach-E also has a frunk.
The Mustang Mach-E could come in rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive variants. The power output is expected to be 327 BHP and 565 Nm. Performance versions could produce 453 BHP and 830 Nm. The SUV will come with two battery sizes - 75.7 kWh and 98.8 kWh, and the estimated range is said to be at least 483 km. The standard range Mustang Mach-E is said to charge from 10% to 80% in 38 minutes with a DC fast charger.
