Fiat has launched the Abarth 595 Competizione in India at a price of Rs. 29.85 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi).
This 595 Competizione is powered by a 1.4-litre, turbocharged, petrol engine that puts out 158 bhp and a maximum torque of 230 Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed automated manual transmission with paddle shifters. Fiat claims that the car can do a 0-100 kph sprint in 7.6 seconds and touch a top speed of 210 kph.
The exterior of the Abarth 595 Competizione features Abarth badges, body graphics, a roof-mounted rear spoiler, aggressive bumpers, a Monza exhaust system and 17-inch alloy wheels shod with 205/40 section tyres. The car also gets Xenon headlamps and rear parking sensors.
On the inside, the car gets a leather-wrapped, flat-bottom, multifunction steering wheel, race seats, a TFT instrument cluster, infotainment system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, turbo boost gauge with gear shift indicator and electric sunroof. Other features include a sports mode, torque transfer control (TTC), Koni frequency selective damping (FSD) rear suspension and a front suspension with an FSD valve.
The Abarth 595 Competizione will be available in four colours - Iridato White, Scorpione Black, Cordolo Red and Campovolo Grey.
Fiat is bringing the 595 Competizione through the CBU route. It will be sold through select dealers in five cities - New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bengaluru.
