Audi has started testing the next-generation Q3 crossover. The vehicle was spotted in Europe wearing heavy camouflage.
The Q3 will use Volkswagen's MQB platform. It is likely to use the same 4-cylinder petrol and turbo diesel engines as the Volkswagen Tiguan.
From the images it appears that the Q3 will get a sharp single-frame grille, and a prominent shoulder line that runs across the sides & the tail gate. The rear bumper houses a set of thin lights.
The Q3 is also expected to grow in size. It is positioned in between the Q2 and Q5, which measure 4,191 mm and 4,639 mm in length respectively. The current model of the Q3 measures 4,385 mm in length.
It is being speculated that the new Q3 will make its international debut in late 2017 or early 2018.
