Europe: 3rd-gen Hyundai i20 spotted testing

Earlier this month, the third generation Hyundai i20 was spotted testing in India. The car was also spotted somewhere in Europe. The new images reveal the front end of the EU-spec i20.

According to the latest spy images, the new i20 is likely to get a large hexagonal grille with slim wraparound headlamps on either side. The front bumper has triangular fog lamp pods and a slim air dam. While it hasn't got a rear quarter glass, this EU-spec car comes with a sunroof and a shark fin antenna. The test car is riding on dual-tone alloy wheels. 

Reports suggest that Hyundai could offer 1.2-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engines on the new i20. In India, the i20 might also get the 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol unit that powers the Venue compact SUV.
