Ertiga-based Maruti XL6 MPV interior spied

New spy images of the Ertiga-based Maruti XL6 MPV have surfaced online. The latest images give us a peek into the car's interior.

According to the spy images, the XL6 gets black interiors with captain seats in the second row. The dashboard appears to have faux wood trim with silver inserts, while the door handles are chrome. Silver trim can also be seen on the centre console and gear knob. The car is equipped with a touchscreen infotainment system and has a 3-spoke, multi-function, flat-bottom steering wheel. It also has a front centre armrest.

The XL6 gets revised exterior styling with a new grille and headlamp clusters. It has black cladding with silver skid plates on the front and rear bumpers. Plastic cladding can also be found around the wheel arches and along the doorsills. It has roof rails and black alloy wheels.

The Maruti XL6 MPV is likely to be powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine with mild-hybrid technology. This is the same engine that is available on the Ciaz and Ertiga. It produces 103 BHP and 138 Nm of torque and comes paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
