BMW has launched a new petrol variant of the X3 called the xDrive30i SportX. It is being offered at an introductory price of Rs. 56.50 lakh (ex-showroom).
The BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX comes equipped with LED headlights, hexagonal LED fog lamps as well as LED tail lights with a roof spoiler and chrome exhaust tips at the rear.
On the inside, the SportX variant gets the 'X' logo on the doors and the centre console, rear window sunblind, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, puddle lamps and an automatic tailgate.
Powering the X3 is a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine that produces 248 BHP @ 5,200 rpm and 350 Nm @ 1,450-4,800 rpm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that comes with shift paddles and an all-wheel drive system. It has four driving modes - ECOPRO, Comfort, Sport and Sport+.
