Audi RS 5 Sportback launched at Rs. 1.04 crore

The RS 5 Sportback is a sportier version of the A5 Sportback.

Audi has announced the launch of the RS 5 Sportback in India. The sporty 4-door coupe is priced at Rs. 1.04 crore (ex-showroom).

The RS 5 Sportback is a sportier version of the A5 Sportback. Naturally, it features more aggressive styling with an RS-style grille, front and rear bumpers, twin exhausts and 19-inch wheels. The car comes equipped with Matrix LED headlamps with dynamic turn indicators, Audi Sport LED Door Projection and a panoramic sunroof.

RS 5 Sportback feature highlights:

On the inside, the car gets black and rock gray Alcantara / leather upholstery, a 3-spoke steering wheel with shift paddles, sports seats with massage function and 3-zone automatic climate control. It also comes with Audi virtual cockpit Plus, a touchscreen infotainment system with MMI Navigation Plus and a 180 W, 10-speaker audio system.

RS 5 Sportback engine & performance:

The RS 5 Sportback is powered by a 2.9-litre, twin-turbo V6 petrol engine producing 444 BHP and 600 Nm. The engine is paired to an 8-speed gearbox and an all-wheel-drive system. The 0-100 km/h time is claimed to be 3.9 seconds and the top speed is 250 km/h.

Under the skin, the car comes equipped with RS sports suspension, a self-locking centre differential, and RS steel brakes with RS black brake calipers.

The RS 5 Sportback is available in 8 colour options - Nardo Gray, Turbo Blue, Tango Red, Mythos Black, Glacier White, Navarra Blue, Sonoma Green and Daytona Grey.
