Maruti Suzuki has released a teaser video of the upcoming Baleno. Dealerships have already started accepting bookings, with the official launch expected later this month.
The teaser video partially reveals the updated front end of the Baleno. The car gets a redesigned grille and new LED headlamps and a reworked rear end.
Inside, the Baleno gets a heads-up display, as well as a large touchscreen infotainment system said to be jointly developed with Toyota. The car could also be offered with 6-airbags and ESP.
Powering the Baleno will be the same 1.2-litre petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Reports suggest that the new version will get a 5-speed AMT instead of a CVT.
