The Suzuki Swift Sport scheduled to be unveiled at the Frankfurt motor show on September 12, 2017. Based on the third-generation Swift hatchback, the Sport edition is unlikely to come to India.
The Swift Sport's bodykit includes revised front and rear bumpers and alloys wrapped with low-profile tyres. Although not yet confirmed, the all-new Swift Sport is expected to be powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged engine. This new 138 BHP petrol engine reportedly replaces the old 1.6-litre naturally aspirated unit.
The new Swift Sport could receive most of the creature comforts and safety features as the standard top-spec Swift. These include a 4.2-inch LCD instrument cluster, a host of driver assistance technologies with autonomous emergency braking, radar guided cruise control, lane departure warning, high beam assist, etc.
